Two exciting conferences in Romania

SCOPE 2016. CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES OF POLITICAL RESEARCH.

(May 27-28, Bucharest)

Organized by Department of Political Science of the University of Bucharest, the conference is an annual event. Several workshops might be of interest for scholars dealing with social values. This year the conference takes place in the end of May. The Call for Papers ends in 24th of April. A keynote talk will be delivered by Michael Bernhard.

New Societies, Old Minorities / New Minorities, Old Societies?

(September 29th-October 1st, Sibiu)

This is the 4th edition of the International Conference of the Romanian Sociological Society. The event propose a social change approach towards human societies. Keynote speakers include Chris Welzel, Eric Uslaner, Merlin Schaeffer, and Ferruccio Biolcati. The deadline for paper proposals is 25.05.2016.
